Hakuba Ski Resort - Ski pass and rental
Hakuba 47 Ski Resort
If you have booked your ski pass and rental (or also lesson) with WeLoveSnow, please go to the 'Ticket Centre' of Hakuba 47 Ski resort on the first day (or the day before) of your skiing to pick up your ski pass, rental (and lesson) vouchers. A shuttle bus from all over the Hakuba area stops in front of the Base Centre, and the ticket centre is next door. The ticket centre will have your details in advance and they will be expecting you. All you have to do is tell the staff your name and reference number. At the counter you will get your ski pass, rental (and lesson) vouchers.
The rental counter (Xraeb Ski rental) is on the right hand side of the Gondola Station. The rental counter will have your details in advance and they will be expecting you. All you have to do is hand over the voucher that you collected from the ticket centre and tell the staff your name and reference number. Please keep your rental for the rest of your skiing dates. On your final day of skiing, you can leave your ski rental at your hotel or return it to the rental shop at Hakuba 47. If you are leaving your ski rental at the hotel, please let us know so that we can inform the ski rental shop. Rentals need to be returned by 5pm.
Your ski pass is an ALL MOUNTAINS PASS, so it is valid for the following 8 different resorts in Hakuba: Hakuba Sanosaka, Hakuba 47 & Hakuba Goryu (connected to each other), Hakuba Happone, Hakuba Iwadake, Hakuba Hi-Land, Hakuba Minekata and Tusgaike, Hakuba Kougen Ski Resort.
Your ski pass voucher can be redeemed at any ticket counter at the above Hakuba ski resorts.(N.B. Although you have paid for your ticket in full, some Hakuba ski resorts use an IC chip ticket system. This chip opens the lift barrier automatically for you as you approach. You have to pay 1000JPY per person for your IC chip. This is a refundable deposit. After your final day of skiing you can hand your chip into the lift counter or put it in one of the machines there to receive your 1000JPY.)
The Hakuba Ski School counter is in the Hakuba 47 School Centre. If you have booked a private lesson with an English speaking instructor, all you have to do is tell the staff at the ski school counter your name and reference number and give the voucher from the ticket centre to check in for your lesson.
