Aaron lived in Nagasaki for 3 years but traveled to Niigata every winter to pursue his love of snowboarding. Having moved to Yuzawa to become part of the WeLoveSnow team, Aaron gets to impart some of his passion for snowboarding on visitors to the area.

Akiko Kino

Kino-san manages to combine design and creative skills with in-depth legal experience. Kino-san is also the backbone of our operations in Tokyo. She can often be seen perusing fashion shops in Omotesando during her lunch breaks.

Hoshino-san has lived in Australia and Canada, where he attained his English language skills. Hoshino-san is Niigata born and bred, which naturally results in him being a demon on a snowboard.

Resident in Leeds, UK, Paul adds consulting expertise as a director of WeLoveSnow. Paul has skied in 3 continents, and manages to complete extensive 'market research' on the slopes in Europe, with at least one trip per year to Japan. |

Neil Riley

Neil first came to Japan in 1994. Fluent in Japanese, he lived in Fukuoka and Tokyo before moving to Yuzawa to set up WeLoveSnow. Neil is a 'Spokesperson for Niigata Tourism' - he was given the title by the Japanese government in August 2006. |

Ye is living the dream: by day he's practicing his snowboarding skills, and is well on the way to becoming a semi-pro. By evening Ye runs the Bottle Bar. Often mistaken for a Japanese, Ye is fluent in both Japanese and English, in addition to his native Burmese. |
