NASPA has a wide range of modern Western facilities including numerous restaurants, a swimming pool and fitness center, bars and clubs, banquet rooms, first class conference and meeting facilities and various outdoor sporting facilities.
There are a number of restaurants and bars at NASPA New Otani Resort. The selection of restaurants in the hotel includes the French-style cuisine of Fontana, and the traditional Japanese-style cuisine of Senbazuru.
The swimming pool facilities also include a pool-side jacuzzi and herb-scented steam room [for staying guests, the cost for using the pool and fitness room is JPY1,000 for adults, JPY700 for children].

Each of the bedrooms has a luxurious bathroom, along with all the modern facilities that you could expect from a deluxe hotel. Every room at NASPA boasts very large beds, air conditioning, 29\" (or larger) televisions, radios, western toilets, toiletries, hairdryers, tea-making facilities and furnishings of the highest standard.

NASPA has it\'s own excellent hot spring baths - separate men\'s and women\'s baths - which are extremely popular and highly recommended.
Facilities include a main\' hot spring bath.
If you are staying at NASPA, you can use the baths freely during your stay. The facility is open all day (except for a two hour cleaning period)
In addition, private hot spring baths are avaible for rental, by the hour. For details, please ask at the hotel reception.

The service could not have been any better and we really enjoyed our breakfasts in the hotel restaurant. Out of our entire stay in Japan, NASPA hotel was by far the best with regard to service and facilities for the value. It was amazing there and if we go back to Yuzawa, we will definitely choose NASPA again and we would recommend it to anyone.\"
